Working Principle of Grinding Mill: Ball mill

Ball Mill

, a horizontal type and tubular running, has two warehouses. The Ball mill runs along the outside gear. Materials spirally and evenly enter the first warehouse along the input hollow axis by input devices. In the warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board. Steel balls of different specifications are installed in the scale board of the Ball mill. When the barrel body rotates, centrifugal force is produced. At the same time, the steel balls are carried to some height and then fall to grind and strike the material. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse of the Ball mill for regrinding. In the end, the powder produced by the Ball mill is discharged by output material board.

Hammer Crusher Application and Working Principle

Hammer crushers

crush materials by the collison between the hammer rotateing at high-speed and materials. They are used to crush mid-hardness and weak corrosive materials, whose compressive strength is under 100 Mpa, and water ratio is less than 15%. They are suitable for coal, salt, chalk, plaster, tile, limestone, etc. The hammer crushers can be used not only in the crushing and sand making production lines, but also the mineral processing production line, taking the place of cone crusher.
Compared with other stone crushers,the hammer crushers are designed to crush mid-hardness and brittle materials in mining, cement making, coal, metallurgical industry, building materials, road building , fuel& chemical processing, etc. Customers can adjust the gap between the bar grates to change the size of end products according to their need.
Hammer Crusher working principle:
Driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed in the crushing chamber. Materials in the chamber are blowed, impacted and ground by the hammer. Below the rotor is the sieve plate, which screens the materials. Materials that reach the required size can be discharged from the sieve plate, while the oversize materials will be left and crushed again.
